Cancellation Policy
Life Happens I get it.
•Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours for “Haircuts, Hairstyling, Hair Color & Make-up “ In Salon Only.
•Same Day Cancellations - will be charged at 50% cost of service if notified.
•On Location - 24 hour notice required, failure to notify will result In 100% charge of Retainer Fee.
•Extension Cancelations - have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule, otherwise cost of labor will be charged 100%. This does not Include retainer fee. If charged, you will have to rebook and pay additional cost of labor because of time lost and amount of time required.
•Retainer Fee - All extension services require a retainer fee to order hair and secure appointment, this is to be collected at time of booking, as explained during consultation. Remainder is due upon installation.

•No Call / No Shows - will be charged 100% with potential of being BANNED from future bookings.
I hope you understand that i’m providing a service to the world. Please be respectful of my time and considerate of other client’s time, as well. I pride myself in the experience that I provide. You’re allowed a 15-Minute grace period without notification, after such time has elapsed, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of service fee. No Exceptions.
