Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens — and I’m always happy to work with you when possible. In order to respect both your time and mine, as well as the time of other clients, please review the following policies:
•Salon Services (Haircuts, Styling, Color, and Makeup):
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
•On-Location Services:
A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a 100% charge of the retainer fee.
•Extension Services:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the full labor cost will be charged. This does not include the retainer fee, which is non-refundable. If cancelled late, you will need to rebook and repay the labor cost due to time lost.
•Retainer Fees for Extensions:
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to order hair and secure your appointment. This will be collected at the time of booking as discussed during your consultation. The remaining balance is due at the time of installation. Pricing may vary depending on your desired look.
•No-Call / No-Show Appointments:
These will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and may lead to being restricted from future bookings.
•Grace Period:
You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes without notice, your appointment may be canceled and a 50% service fee will apply.
No exceptions.
